About

The Arts Council of Moore County was founded in 1973 -- celebrating it's 50th anniversary with its mission: Inspire & Strengthen Our Community Through the Arts.

We contribute to our county’s quality of life by presenting programs reflective of the area’s diversity, history, & talent, & we offer affordable arts access for all. We do this in many ways, including showcasing hundreds of artists in our galleries and world-class artists in concerts, & partnering with other arts organizations through grants, ticket sales, & promotions. We also use the arts to positively impact our children’s lives & education by serving over 15,000 children each year through various programs in all Moore County schools & awarding talented students with arts scholarships.

Arts Council Galleries at Campbell House are located at 482 E. Connecticut Ave. in Southern Pines. Entry is free & open weekdays (10a-5p), select Saturdays, & by appointment. Learn more at www.MooreArt.org.
